At Blackbird Mountain Guides, we want you to be fully prepared for your next expedition; if your technical apparel or gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place your items in the original shipping box or a secure mailer, ensuring all original labels and packaging are included.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our mountain guides inspect your return for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
